Kaylee: H-how did you... g-get on...? Early: Strains the mind a bit, don't it? You think you're all alone. Maybe I come down the chimney, Kaylee. Bring presents to the good girls and boys.

Spike's Bitches 46: Don't I get a cookie?

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risqué (and frisqué), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

I must obey the inscrutable exhortations of my soul—Calvin and Hobbs

Reading Plenty Enough Suck to Go Around [link] has me pondering similar stuff.

Reading my RSS feed has me contemplating same. That and the Atlantic basin revving up. We're about due for another hurricane to take the NC inland tour. Eh, if I grabbed my cat and my pocketbook I'd be pretty well set, aside from my executrix duties. The latter's approaching the end stages, thank goodness.

My sister got a nice scanner thingy designed specifically to archive old photos, so she said she'd be putting the family pictures in online storage somewhere. Of course, I said I'd do the same with the family recipes and haven't touched those in a year, so who knows if she's doing any better. There's been a suspicious lack of links.

Love is stronger than death and harder than sorrow. Those who practice it are fierce like the light of stars traveling eons to pierce the night.

Happy birthday, Nora!

Aims, is "Phwaurgh!" some sort of phonetic spelling of air kisses, only with tongue?

Apparently kids are so cute and cuddly when they're sick so that their caregivers don't seek revenge when they catch the ick. I have been sick for 3 days and in steroid withdrawal. Shoot me.

That man was going to shank me. Over an omelette. Two eggs and a slice of government cheese. Is that what my life is worth?

Happy birthday, Nora!!!!

{{sj}} I won't shoot you but I will give hairpats.

"And that's why God Almighty gave us fire insurance and the public defender".

Happy birthday, Nora!

Ugh, sj. I wish you some better moments and days, pronto.

This day... don't let me even begin. But, since we're focusing on the good parts: new bed! New, comfy (read: unlike the bed I slept on the past few years) bed!

And tubeout~ma for Drew.

I look more rad than Lutheranism

Happy Birthday Nora!

It sounds like hairball-noise. Or possibly puking. (At least, the way I pronounce it, that's how it sounds.)

And tubeout~ma for Drew.

Tubeless Drew is a very good Drew!

Also, I skipped everything that was posted over the weekend -- is bonny home from the hospital, or still in?

I think she's home and recovering, Steph.

Edit: oh, wait, here: bonny fides "If the Apocalypse Comes, Beep Me" Sep 13, 2010 12:19:00 am PDT

"And that's why God Almighty gave us fire insurance and the public defender".

Someone on my Twitter feed posted it this morning (NSFW, and what I'd consider as a meh humor, if not for dude#2's reaction): [link]
