So I have had lots of painkillers today. I took a Vicodin around 6ish? It was expired in February (haven't picked up my script yet) but I took it.
I am still having some pain, though, and now with added headache. Is it safe for me to take an oxycodone in a couple hours so I can sleep?

Heck yeah. I'd say if you take it around 11 or 11:30 you'll be fine. Is it oxycodone with acetaminophen? Because if it's not, you might want to take tylenol or ibuprofen for the headache.

Aims, they told me to take my oxycodone (just realized they filled it for my percoset scrip) every 4 hours. It's 325 mg.
I believe that expired drugs are usually still good for up to a year.
