Spike's Bitches 46: Don't I get a cookie?

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risqué (and frisqué), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

What else besides ramen can you scoop? YOU CAN SCOOP THIS WORLD FROM DARKNESS!

Damn, Steph.

One has to be deeply stupid to think that HIPAA keeps the patient from saying anything about her health.

Right?? Dear God.

I'm terrifically busy with my ennui.

Frankly, he lost the argument when he called you at home to harass you. Everything after that is just stupid gravy.

Trust my rage

What a moron!

I once had a client tell me that HIPAA prevented him from disclosing his medical stuff with me. Of course, he's totally not required to but that's called personal choice, not HIPAA.

I'm saying. He is an ignorant jackass. I think the company has stuck with him for so long because we were with the same insurance for many years. t edit By which I mean, the continuity with the same plan meant there were very few problems that arose. But we switched this year, and the plan he found for us seems to SUCK, and since we're all complaining about it, it's turning out that he needs to do actual work, but he's not very good at it.

Oh! He ALSO told me, when he called me at home, that *he* called the insurance company about the "no ERs in-network" and he found out who gave me the "incorrect" information and got them fired.

Interesting, since I didn't tell him when I called or who I talked to.

I think he is an ignorant jackass lying liar who lies. And who told me about my co-worker's insurance claim.

I am busting his ass tomorrow. BIG TIME.

Oh, yeah. The act of a desperate man, that. "Please stop telling Big!Boss's daughter how much I suck! I mean it!"

Bob's learned to live with tragedy, but he knows that this tragedy is one that won't ever leave him or get better.

*Someone* is deeply stupid, but it isn't me.

Ooooh oooooh, I know the answer!!! OOOOOOOHH!

Deeply stupid.

“Not dead yet!”

I think smonster summed it up pretty accurately and succinctly.

I should also mention that Tim's company just got a new insurance plan, and I passed on their agent's info to Big!Boss's daughter. t edit Not without asking if she wanted it; I told her that his company is small like ours, and they're really happy with their plan and their agent, and *if* she wanted the agent's info, I'd get it for her. The day after I offered, she asked for it. I happily provided it.

I am not fucking around.

Ahaha. Well done, Steph.

I am just back from a bar where I watched the World Cup final. I had three free (to me) shots, in addition to the Pimm's Cup and two beers. One of those was a "sympathy shot" of Jaeger on the house, for the whole bar. Oh, New Orleans. Never change. The only bummer is that StW is studying and I probably won't see him tonight. Boo hiss.

Also, smoked pork poboy with spicy mayo and slaw. HELL YEAH NOMS.
