Hi omnis! We've missed you!
Landlord just called. Plumber is on the way to look at the house. Even so, he then has to call for the city inspection, which takes about a day, and then I have to go pay my deposit. So it will still be a day or two before I have water.
And now I've got this ass-kicking letter and am not sure what to do with it.
Good luck, Vortex! C'mon, you have UVa AND rugby training, are you telling me you can't chug that without tasting it?
My only tips are that I have made medical personnel concede that hard candy cannot possibly increase the fluid level in the stomach and that black coffee is a clear liquid.
Maybe a flabongo would help. [link]
Forgot to say, Steph, that I am glad you went and hope the drugs kick in very soon.
Okay. Plumber came and looked. He said there's a couple of things he needs to fix, but that I should be able to get a meter and get water before that. I don't understand all this, but whatever. So first thing tomorrow I go pay my deposit. Question is, has the landlord paid the fine or gotten it waived? If not, I guess I'll pay it and deduct it from my rent.
Wow, that's pretty cool, and they've been ridiculously successful too!
Dare I say it, SUPER cool.
I know that's what the neti pot does in theory, but it hasn't been roto-rooting so well.)
Neilmed squeeze bottle. Honest to god try Neilmed squeeze bottle. Most pharmacies (including most pharmacies in supermarkets and big box stores) carry it. Works so much better than conventional neilmed. I use the salts for it at double strength.
