Hey, I've got a semi-clueless meds question. If I am doing something that I know will cause me muscle aches later, should I take some Aleve now? I'm putting pink extensions in my hair, which involves me reaching over my head and stretching my arms into weird positions. The last time I did it, my shoulders and upper arms were very sore the next day.
(Oh, my wacky collection of illnesses that make my muscles more susceptible to aching. I'd really like to be done with that part.)
