I've only mopped 2.5 rooms, and have 2 more plus the bathroom and wee hall. Goal for today is finish 2nd br and empty 1st br so I can start that one. Which won't take long, since there's just an air mattress and a suitcase in there.

I'm continually surprised at how long the learning takes. My girl is finally able to anticipate negative consequences some of the time, but my son? Just not there yet.

smonster - would bleach work? no idea how bad the burn marks are, but I've used the Clorox bleach pen on places where my hair stuff stains my shower/tub.

Especially when two of the kids aren't yours and don't inherently know your house rules. For instance, the two girls I'm watching don't have to clean their rooms on a regular basis so when I start asking them to clean up at the end of the day, they look at me like I have two heads.
Plus, I'm also learning to deal with the conniving which I assume one gets used to when you have more than one kid. Em is a total failure at conniving - she usually employs the oft tried method of hiding things behind her back and looking exceptionally guilty, while edging along the wall with her back to it. Dead giveaway, every time. With three of them, it's harder to tell when something's going down.
Toddson, I hate bleach so I didn't want to buy a gallon of it just to try this, but the bleach pen is a great idea. I need it for a stained shirt, anyway.
Well, it can't hurt ... much. And it might help. Also, since it's thick, it'll stay where you put it.

So, I have pink eye. Therefore I have today off work, so I can become less contagious, and also find some way of keeping my damn fingers out of my nasty, germy eyes. I may resort to writing Mentalist fanfic.
So many kids at the airport. I fear a few of the ones melting down are going to be on my flight.
But I can get taquitos in a couple of hours. Or three hours. There are future possible tauitos, basically.
