I'm freaking exhausted today. The DH got back from El Salvador a little early, so we were actually able to catch the A's in Baltimore for their last game here. But that meant driving to and from Baltimore in nasty traffic and being outside for hours in 100-plus-degree heat and Code Orange air.
However, a nice dinner, an A's game, and a trip to Baltimore make an OK anniversary celebration.

Just took the time to breathe and appreciate the things I appreciated, and to be happy I was sad at home. If you know what I mean. That I had a safe space and supportive family to be sad in/around. To let myself enjoy the house even though I was sad. To give myself time and space to be sad.

I took the day off as a personal/mental health day. My back is also getting knotted up so I will be yoga-ing this afternoon (Lord help me) and arranging for a massage. I have been enjoying running Super Seekrit New Orleans Welcome Wagon errands this morning which cheers me up to no end.
Smonster, do you need an air mattress? We got rid of ours but I am going to Walmart later and can pick you up one if you like.
I also called in a scrip for 150 mg Buproprion. I used to be on 450mgs, then couldn't get it here, so I just switched to the 300mg pills. I think I may need to go back to my originally prescribed dose, for a while at any rate.
Now, it's thundering and I'm chilling on the couch with the cats.
