Xander: Am I right, Giles? Giles: I'm almost certain you're not. Though, to be fair, I haven't been listening.

Spike's Bitches 46: Don't I get a cookie?

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risqué (and frisqué), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

The lost sheep grow teeth, forsake their lambs, and lie with the lions.

Maria, I am so sorry. Peace to you and yours.

Bob's learned to live with tragedy, but he knows that this tragedy is one that won't ever leave him or get better.

Maria, you and your family are in my thoughts. My sympathies.

“Not dead yet!”

Well, it's worse than we thought. There's one of those disaster cleaning crew types of people here and the carpet's torn up & the paneling's being ripped out and they're going to be running drying machines for the next three days or so.

I'm not even dealing with the brunt of it-- poor Lewis has been down there all day while I'm squirreled away in our room with the dogs, keeping them from flipping out like mammals at all the HUMANS THEY COULD BE PLAYING WITH invading their turf.

I want house elves to bring me food.

"There are few hours in life more agreeable than the hour dedicated to the ceremony known as afternoon tea."

My guests left this evening to find my upstairs neighbors smoking a bong on the front steps. Isn't that something people used to do in the back yard where everyone going by can't see you?

Love is stronger than death and harder than sorrow. Those who practice it are fierce like the light of stars traveling eons to pierce the night.

Maria, I'm sorry for you loss. Much comfort and peace~ma for your whole family.

I found a really cool yarn and fabric store today. I'd driven by it before, and today, when I was trying to think of something to do indoors, since it was almost 100 degrees outside, I remembered that store and figured I'd go take a look. Turns out they've got a ton of really neat yarn and fabrics, and the woman who owns it is nice.

Then, on the way home, I took a wrong turn and ended up having to drive over a mountain with lots of twisty turns before finding anywhere that I could turn around. So that was interesting, if a bit nerve-wracking.
