We knocked 'em deader!

Spike's Bitches 46: Don't I get a cookie?

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risqué (and frisqué), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

We won’t stop until everyone is gay.

Three times now, I showed it to the friends who took me to dinner. And I've watched other Lafayette clips. I need to do dishes, pack for the beach, and pack three boxes tonight.

Uh huh. Any time now.

That's the pain / That cuts a straight line down through the heart / We call it love

Oh no, Pix. What's happened now?

smonster, that's the first thing I've seen that makes me think I might want to start watching True Blood. Tell me he's a regular character?

Yes. The actor is so awesome that Alan Ball substantially increased his role. I've only seen the first season, though.

You should know I'm a big deal in the Resistance.

{{{Pixsmonster}}}

I love Lafayette. I'm so glad in the TV show he gets to live. I was shocked when I read the book.

So my best friend D has a best friend from high school, a girl. He also has a male facebook friend, (I thought) another old friend from back home. It turns out that they are the same person and the fact that he is transgender is no big deal to D. I just wanted to say it in "public" because I don't think I foresaw this world when I was a teenager. I remember hoping one day gay would be normal. The future is turning out to be pretty awesome.

“Not dead yet!”

Skippity skip skip skipping like a skipping thing to poke my head back in after more than a week away and several days of recovery to offer hugs, commiserations, and thwacks upside the head with Bertha the Big Black Baseball Bat to those what needs 'em.

Also, not knowing how many of y'all might check in GWW, while I was in NY, STARS won 1st place, YA- English language at the International Latino Book Awards. To say I was boggled would be putting it mildly. And it was really cool because my mom was there to see it. She might drive me batshit, but you know, at the same time, she's really proud and it was nice for her to finally see me in author mode and succeeding in such spectacular fashion.

Love is stronger than death and harder than sorrow. Those who practice it are fierce like the light of stars traveling eons to pierce the night.

Oh, Barb! Congratulations! Some good news is just what we need around here.
