'Out Of Gas'

Spike's Bitches 46: Don't I get a cookie?

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risqué (and frisqué), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

Love is stronger than death and harder than sorrow. Those who practice it are fierce like the light of stars traveling eons to pierce the night.

Cake!

And also, so much supportive~ma out to Kristin. It's ultra crappy that you are under so much stress. Also, it's crappy that words on a screen can only do so much to make someone feel better.

Occasionally I’m callous and strange

Frack Pix, mayitallworkoutinagoodway~ma

speaking of working out, how much am i not feeling like swimming or going to yoga this week? Cold kicked in Saturday but i've been kicking its ass with rest, fluids, lemon ginger echinacea juice, and hot tea with lemon and honey. I feel like i've climbed to the top of the cliff of sickness and have both hands on solid ground but haven't quite pulled the rest of me up. And i honestly don't know if an hour of yoga would help or hurt at this point, but all i feel like doing is curling up in bed with kitties and book and napping away the rest of my weekend.

Bob's learned to live with tragedy, but he knows that this tragedy is one that won't ever leave him or get better.

I am so right there with you. Like, I am actively trying to figure it out right now.

I just ... ugh.

Pix, I am so sorry.

"Faded like the lilac, he thought."

Oh, Pix, that's all just too much. I hope it works out okay.

"We're all stories, in the end. Just make it a good one, eh?"

I'm rather anxious. They're predicting thunderstorms for Saturday - during my outdoor ceremony. We're seriously thinking about buying 100 umbrellas and doing it outside anyway. The chuppa will fall apart, but it might just stay up for the ceremony...!

Erin, you are a star. It will look lovely in my study.

Thoughts for a better day today, Pix.

I think it would be pretty awesome to have all the guests gather round in a circle with large, protective umbrellas. Talk about community involvement!
