I'm not sure how old he is, but I heard him use the word 'newfangled' one time, so he's gotta be pretty far gone.

Spike's Bitches 46: Don't I get a cookie?

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risqué (and frisqué), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

Days shrink and grow cold, sunlight through leaves is my song. Winter is long.

Deeeeena! I'm glad you're home and feeling better.

Compassionately intolerant

I'm so glad you are doing well, Deena. May all the ick simply leave your body, along with the offending organ. Here is to a fresh new start!

Why did Darth Vader cross the road? To get to the Dark Side!

Glad to hear you're home, Deena.

Love is stronger than death and harder than sorrow. Those who practice it are fierce like the light of stars traveling eons to pierce the night.

Burrell, all possible peace and comfort~ma to your MiL and your whole family.

Deena, I'm so glad you are doing ok. ~ma for your continued recovery.

Ginger, that really sucks about the plantar fasciitis. And about the mess.

Sometimes I think I might just move up to Vermont, open a bookstore or a vegan restaurant. Adam Schlesinger, z''l

Deena, glad you're home now.

I think some college dorms have those internet-connected washing machines now.

My sinuses hurt. A lot. Ow.

"We're all stories, in the end. Just make it a good one, eh?"

Quick-recovery~ma, Deena.

I'd have loved the internet-linked laundry when I lived in halls (dorms).

"There are few hours in life more agreeable than the hour dedicated to the ceremony known as afternoon tea."

Someone is slowing down time today. How can it only be 8:30? G is on steroids right now for his asthma and he is alternating between being adorable and being a total terror.

Our wings are not tired

The alarm did feel like it went off too early this morning. I finished up laundry and finally got to bed around 2:30 AM and was up at 8 AM so that I could be ready to work on SpongeBob this morning.

I fell asleep at about 11 and the alarm went off at 5:15. After babysitting I have to go home finish laundry and pack for the beach.

ND, how is your mom?

If you're going through hell/keep on going/don't slow down/keep your fear from showing/you might be gone/'fore the devil even knows you're there

Ugh. I had a really difficult talk with my manager yesterday. My department is just wrapped up in politics right now and from all appearances about to be in a world of shit. I was really upset when we talked yesterday and now we have a call scheduled this morning and I need to revisit some of what I said (and bring up some other ugly issues) with hopefully a tinge less hysteria than yesterday.
