Guys, I think I'm about to buy and register my domain name. My fingers are hovering, but this is (FEELS) like a big step. Have I done enough research? Am I overthinking it?

I'm doing it through DreamHost, so I can start playing around with and designing my WP.org web page.

Nothin live till June. I'm not jumping the gun, am I?

Talk me off the ledge. Just do it?

Can't do either of those right now.

Wait, what? Which webhost/registar company are you going through? Because your post about this yesterday reminded me that I really should get around to registering jillianventers.com, and it cost me ... $20 for two years of having the domain registered.
