Good thoughts to ND.
Spike's Bitches 46: Don't I get a cookie?
[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risqué (and frisqué), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.
Aw, Drew. Hard, hard, hard. I dread the day(s) and feel for you.
It's always going to be hard missing him, but the birthday seems especially so since it is only four days after mine.
Raises a glass (ok, it's a mug of hot cocoa) to Drew's father.
Tzepesh and Victor, godspeed little brothers.

People who don't give a crap about their pets, don't agonize after losing them about whether they could have done something better. You wouldn't feel so broken and remorseful if you weren't so honorable and loving toward your cats. I'm sure I have mentioned petloss.com [link] before, but just in case it might do a lick of good for any of you, I found it to be helpful when I was hurting. They have the Rainbow Bridge story in a bunch of different languages, as well as other inspirational readings, and they hold a weekly memorial service in chat (the text of the ceremony is available to read on your own, if that is preferred).
sending out the not cancer ma~~
Jilli, you go ahead and rant. It has been a shitastic year for you and too many others here. I saw how Pete feels about having made the choice and I know that there's no changing his mind and you know, he's damned well entitled to feel anyway he wants to, but you all did the right, most humane thing you could have done. It makes it no less heartbreaking but you made the choice to not allow Tzepesh to suffer any more. And no one could have given him a better more loving home.
This. So much this.
Gud, if you're about, you go ahead and rant, too.
And this.
Fred, you've been dealing with more than enough of this as well.
Ditto this.
And smonster, sweetie, we got your back as well.
Yes, this too.
I can't stand that people who work so hard and feel so deeply and are just so good keep getting shit on. Fuck off, Universe-- leave Buffista Island alone already.
And most of all? This. I am so sorry.
So i do yoga a few times a week, and most classes at the beginning and end the instructor mentions sending your intention to someone. I'm not sure how effective it is to split it, but tonight i couldn't choose just one person. So you all got some. May healing and peace come quickly, and may everyone have love, good fellowship, and the strength of the earth to help continue moving forward.
And huzzah for the good news of new job! It's very much good to hear positive things.
Much not-cancer~ma for Typo Boy. Much much much.
Continued thoughts for Jilli and Pete, Gud, smonster and Drew.
Barb, that is a truly beautiful dress.
No~cancer-ma to you and yours, Typo Boy.
Barb, I love that dress. The color, the lines—it's gorgeous!
