I'd rather stay home and watch television. It's often funnier than killing stuff.

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risqué (and frisqué), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

Our wings are not tired

Ugh. Today is being a day. BofA caught fraudulent charges on my business account. Thankfully they snagged it when it was only about $50 in charges and the card is now dead and a new one is coming to me and I have the temporary one in my wallet now. That isn't it though. While I was on the phone to BofA my sister left a message that mom is at the hospital because of severe pain at one of her hip replacement sites. They are working on X-rays now and I need to check back with everyone in another hour or so. If she needs surgery that will get tricky due to her health.

Yay.

Sometimes I think I might just move up to Vermont, open a bookstore or a vegan restaurant. Adam Schlesinger, z''l

I am stuck in philadelphia for a while, since, forf the second time this trip, my flight was canceled. So I'm in the middle of seven hours of waiting at the airport. Also, my credit card company called to let me knopw that someone has been making charges on my account for the past few days. Closing that account.

It is very difficult to find vegan passover food at an airport.

Occasionally I’m callous and strange

If any of the ladies here take yaz or the generic equivalent and would like 4 months (unopened) of the generic, lemme know. I'm apparently name-brand only when it comes to that.

I just realized something - I parked my car in a credit card lot, where you swipe a credit card when you go in and then swipe the same one when you leave, and it charges the card when you leave. Swiping the card to leave is also what opens the gate so you can drive out. The card I used when I entered was the onr that I just had to cancel because of the fraudulent charges. I am not sure how I'm supposed to get my car out.

All is well that ends in pizza.

Hmmm, could you try asking them ahead of time, Hil? Card swipe stripes go bad, cards get lost, they must have a contingency.

I'm not sure that there is a them to ask. I never noticed any actual people staffing this lot, and I'm going to be getting in after ten, so even less likely that there will be someone there. I guess ill wait until I get there and see.
