Man, I forgot that my parents' friends are coming over for Passover. They're nice enough people, but I'm not feeling very energetic and I have a headache. And my sis isn't here, so it's all me.
Know what else I realized? I hit six months with my company last Friday.

And I find the supplement and research thing interesting. I don't take anything but I take enough other stuff that I can't do it. and a lot of what I vaguely remember reading is that we don't really know home much we need of different vitamins and mineral s and that prepared vitamins might not do the same as stuff we get in food
