Oh my god, y'all. I may have figured out the missing link for my hope issues - tight psoas muscles. Dear god, it's been years I've been dealing with this every day. It would be incredible if I could reduce the pain significantly.

Spike's Bitches 46: Don't I get a cookie?
[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risqué (and frisqué), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.
tight psoas muscles
I had no idea that was how it was spelled! I love to stretch that muscle out. It's a key stretch if you ride a lot.
smonster, I hope that is the key to relief for you.
ION, I had a very Buffista dream last night. We were running a free-lance spy organization out of a semi-trailer fitted out as a mobile resume printing service as a cover. beth was the contact person for the printing service, and she ran a lot of the technology that we were using to do spy stuff with. There were other Buffistae in the back of the trailer, but I didn't know what all your jobs were. For some reason I had to explain all this to Daniel, mentioned all the spy equipment, then said, "And oh yeah, we can also produce a really sharp-looking resume, if you need one." He and I then went on a recognizance mission in, of all places, a Wal-mart, where we got locked in for the night. So we went to the sporting goods section to find sleeping bags and camp cots to sleep in. Somehow we got distracted by the whole thing turning into a hostage situation. Daniel had come up with some kind of plan to get everyone out safely, but I woke up before he could explain it to me.
That is so awesome. I think I say that way too much but sometimes shit's just awesome, you know?
Not the Bradley Cooper Crow.
Buffistas spies is awesome.
That's being badmouthed over in the Movies thread, combined with general (non-Crow) Bradley Cooper love.
Buffistas spies is awesome.
It would certainly made a fun show - the bit in the Wal-mart sporting goods section was well on its way to being a cute little romantic moment, before the hostage situation cropped up. It felt like I'd only just met Daniel, so it was the perfect set-up for a healthy bit of UST.
Not the Bradley Cooper Crow.
Thank you for clarifying. I was going to have to re-evaluate my whole opinion of you. ;)
We recently tried to watch City of Angels. I hadn't realized the main character was Eric Draven. I thought it was a different story of someone being brought back by the crow. So the pilot was treading the same ground as the film, just poorly. Then I looked it up and found there's only one season and it ends on a cliffhanger. When the clown makeup magically appeared I whinged, "and the web shooters are organic!" that's when D finally turned it off.
I wore my Buffy stakes Edward shirt today as a way of bribing myself to go to PT. I had another 3 week evaluation and had more improvement!
