Health~ma for Tzepesh.
I'd also like to request some ease~ma for Chloe (scroll down to last entry on page), a cat at the shelter we volunteer for. She's at the vet with severe kidney failure, and our medical person may be Making a Decision today. Coincidentally, Hubs is in a training class in the neighborhood of the vet, and he plans to visit her at lunch. She's also had several other visitors over the past few days.
Aims, did you see there's a huge exhibit of Harry Potter props, costumes and scenery opening up at Times Square in NYC? You can actually go into the Hogwarts Common Room and Hagrid's hut. None of it is a recreation - these are all the actual props.
I'd give my left boob to be able to go. It looks rocking.
Here's the NY Times review of the exhibit.
The first thing you do when you enter the exhibit is you try on the Sorting Hat. Also you can throw the quaffles at the goal in the Quidditch exhibit.
I'm totally going to go to that Harry Potter exhibit sometime this summer. It looks awesome.
Kitty ~ma for Chloe and Tzepesh.
Much ~ma for Tzepesh and Chloe.
There was other stuff, but I'm having a bad brain day. Love you all.
Happy Birthday, Nonian!
Update: Hubs wasn't able to visit Chloe. She's been transferred to another vet. By the time he got to the second vet, he had to get back to class. He plans to try again tomorrow (if possible).
Health to Tzpesh. And all best to Chloe.
Whatever you need to the rest of you.
Well, poor Dallas had an awful night. I gave her extra drugs but there was still a lot of pacing and panting. This morning at about ten she finally fell asleep. I didn't want to disturb her for food or even medicine.
She woke up about half an hour ago so I gave her her meds and she fell back to sleep. Now she got up and ate. I'm going to try and take her out now. I'm reasonably certain this is her arthritis. Poor baby. She's 17 this month. Crazy.
