when I was a teenager we had a fluffy kinda fat cat and if anyone commented about her being fat Mom would say "she's not fat she's just fluffy!"
And then we had to get her shaved one summer (she was having heat and flea problems). And then Mom's comment was "she's not just fluffy she's fat!"
My Dean is underweight because he has food allergies and/or Kitty IBS so i have to give him a supplement. Pf course Dean looooves grains and bad things for him. He'll eat unpopped popcorn --sneak it right out of the bowl.

My cat is underweight, but now that he's on hyperthyroid meds, he's gaining weight. He had gotten down to 9.6 lbs (from his svelte and healthy 12 lbs). He's now almost 11 lbs. I hope he puts on another pound or so in the next couple of months.

So my pregnant friend is in labor right now or has just had the baby in the past couple of hours. She chose to be induced on her due date.

So I ended up talkign to my boss today. I didn't officially give notice since I still officially don't have the apartment but I think I'll be doing that next week.
He was very supportive. Which I should have known would happen but my default assumption is that everyone is going to react negatively when I have to do stuff like that.
