I've been there, Zen. It sucks.
Spike's Bitches 46: Don't I get a cookie?
[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risqué (and frisqué), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.
Could I request a little ~ma this morning? Nothing major, but I have my annual review today. I think it should go well, but I'm entering a period of high stress on the job and have skated a bit too close to some deadlines.
Fortunately, it's first thing so at least I don't have to be on pins and needles all day long.
Still more photos of Ryan. A trip to Healesville Sanctuary, an Australian animal park: [link]
I would also like to add, in honour of our wedding anniversary, a short pictorial of Wallybee:

Finally, of course, our joint production: [link]
Wallybee is simply lovelier every day. She is a wonderful mother, daughter and wife. These have quite possibly been the happiest four years of my life. [link]

You know, while the second picture is SMOKING, I utterly love the first picture because of how completely happy you are in it.
That said, this one: [link] made my computer start to smoke. (From the hotness.) (It didn't literally cause computer failure.)

Me too, it's easily my favourite. (I asked Wallybee about why she looked so content, and she told me it was cold that day and this was the only way to stay warm.)

She's gorgeous, an awesome mother, AND practical! You win on wife-selectin', my friend.
Billions of felicitations to you and Wallybee and your incredibly fortunate joint production, and may you be able to look back every four years for the next forty and say, "No, THESE have been the happiest four years of my life."
I remember how hard you struggled and how sad everything was during that last bleak stretch of your time in the US; I'm constantly awed by how resolute you were in remaining fearless and open to the possibility of joy, and so constantly glad to see how the joy has rushed in to fill that space you gave it.
aww I'm getting all weepy at your happiness, billytea!
