I saw Carmen in Budapest (box seat for under $10) and while Carmen was more brassy than sultry, it was very enjoyable and seeing the inside of the building was worth the price of admission by itself.
They're doing Carmen the night I get into Budapest, but I figure I will be too jet-lagged to appreciate it. Also, there aren't many seats available anyway. They're doing Barber of Seville on Sunday, but I figure Tosca gets me more bang for my buck.

Someone* filled the candy jar in my department with Rolos, and I have been eating them all day. So much goodness in a tiny little nugget of chocolate and caramel. I can't resist. Curse that dastardly person who brought them in!
