Best time to catch up on all those guilty pleasure shows (and movies, and books) that you would never normally admit to enjoying. Hand-wavium not even necesssary when enough vicodin is involved, IME.

The surgery news is my favourite kind of surgery news, which is to say good news. However - and this may be driven largely by my own personal circumstances - I am going to advocate for 'diaperiffic', say, replacing 'diaper-filled' in any future discussions.
