Wash: I didn't think you were one for rituals and such. Mal: I'm not, but it'll keep the others busy for a while. No reason to concern them with what's to be done.

'Bushwhacked'

Spike's Bitches 46: Don't I get a cookie?

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risqué (and frisqué), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

Our wings are not tired.

I thought you liked fire, Cass.

Greece's financial crisis threatens to take down all of Western civilization - a civilization they themselves founded. A rather tragic irony - which is something they also invented. - Jon Stewart

I notice she doesn't say HOW it caught fire -- just that it did.

"This bar smells like kerosene and stripper tears."

DJ, I'm very sorry for your loss. But on the other hand, I really love your family. What a wonderful way to remember him.

I thought it was awesome as well when Kara told me. It's a shame we've lost so many significant Morgans that stuff like this is fewer and further between.

Thanks for all the hugs and thoughts. I still have to call my dad in a bit and let him know. Sad I'll have to tell him Bo is dead, will like telling him about the arrangements.

Every now and then, I think I might actually be a little odd.

DJ, I'm really sorry for your loss.

I'm glad it wasn't a rabid possum--which can too climb, BTW.

Yeah, okay, a little - but he'd have to be Spiderman-Possum to get up to the vents to my attic! I knew it had to be the wind, but my lizard brain was convinced we were about to have to fight off a giant crazed possum-raccoon-coyote-thing. And the cats are just no help at all in those situations.

The SyFy movie plots just keep coming.

eta Meant to say also, Cass, glad you and your dad are Not On Fire.

The Morgans are awesomesauce.

Cass, happy you and your dad escaped being on fire.

"This bar smells like kerosene and stripper tears."

They really are.

And Cass, I too am thrilled at your lack of being on fire.

Thank you everyone for your thoughts for my friend L. Her baby passed away early this morning.

"There are few hours in life more agreeable than the hour dedicated to the ceremony known as afternoon tea."

Thanks, DJ. L is a friend from high school and not someone that I have been very close to for a while, but I have been following all her excitement on being pregnant and preparing for her baby on facebook, and I feel so awful for her.
