Sheesh! I want my friends to have better times now, Universe! Pay attention!
However, there are times when I am all "GO AWAY" because I would like to have the house to myself for a while, but that's pretty seldom.
I will admit, I'm very thankful for Pete's 2 weekly D&D games. That means I can watch Beetlejuice or The Lost Boys for the umpteenth time while doing mindless sewing.

Hil, I would check any groups in your local Synagogue. We have friends who still hang out with a Sabbath dinner group they joined 20 years ago.
