Let me guess. We're in a hurry.

Spike's Bitches 46: Don't I get a cookie?

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risqué (and frisqué), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

Christopher Elbow ice cream after work: Venezuelan Spice, Peanut Butter Flake and Chocolate Cherry Bourbon.

I've never heard of this, but it sounds YUM!

I was craving oranges, so I bought some at the store--and just ate half...and now I'm full. Because they were MUTANTLY large oranges. Good grief.

A dress should be tight enough to show you're a woman but loose enough to flee from zombies. — Ginger

I have to go back to the ice cream shop and get myself a combo -- I want the Coffee and the Vietnamese Cinnamon, together.

But I was virtuous, and bought the flavors D would like the most (I don't like bourbon, although the ice cream is v. tasty, and I don't love peanut butter. D LOVES it, like I love coffee or lemon.)

Oh my god, even though I was bitching about the tub, a long hot shower felt pretty awesome, too. I must have been in there 25 minutes.

Sometimes I think I might just move up to Vermont, open a bookstore or a vegan restaurant. Adam Schlesinger, z''l

I just worked a ten-hour day, and I think I'm getting an ear infection. (These things are not related, they just add up to my feeling of blah.)

My friend L and her DH could definitely use some ~ma tonight. They are taking their newborn little girl off life support today. She has been in a coma since she was born a few weeks ago.

I must obey the inscrutable exhortations of my soul—Calvin and Hobbs

That's awful, sj. I'm sorry.

"Look, son, if it's good enough for Shirley Bassey, it's good enough for you."

Awww, Scrappy's DH is not so secretly romantic either.

Matilda and I stopped by Walgreens and bought half price Lindt chocolate and are now making upscale brownies for JZ's Valentine treat.

See? I gave everybody here an opportunity to tell me what a bad person I am and nobody did, because I fuckin' rule.

Oh, sj, I'm so sorry. Much ~ma and love to L and her DH (and prayers, too, if they want them), and a peaceful passing to their little girl. I can't imagine how undone they must be.

They do. I think part of them is still hoping for a miracle.
