Every now and then, I think I might actually be a little odd.

Not yet - it's 48 hours for the pertussis test to come back, but my doctor said that it's either pertussis or really bad bronchitis, either way the treatment is the same.

I feel like shit on so many levels.

either pertussis or really bad bronchitis, either way the treatment is the same.

So the treatment your started today will cover it regardless of whether the pertussis test comes back positive or not. Gotcha.
