Bonny, I'm glad you reported him! I would have used MUCH harsher language in telling him off.
Spike's Bitches 46: Don't I get a cookie?
[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risqué (and frisqué), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.
Bonny, good on you for telling the owner. He does NOT sound like anyone who should be working around animals. You are not overreacting. I shudder to think what he might do to animals when the owners are not around.
Our Oz hates anyone touching his nails and feet, adding that trauma to it would ensure a complete meltdown next time it was attempted. Kid was an asshat.
(Little Pico apparently will stick her paws out to have them fondled or nails trimmed or whatever you might choose to do because she's fairly sure that whatever it is it will be awesome).
Also, for people not on FB- Pico and Oz [link]
Bonny, remember the other day when I said I bookmark a lot of your posts? This is why.

Honestly, this is what motivated me to communicate with the owner. I can choose to use a different service, but folks who leave their pets with them are unaware.
I really, truly understand that doing a job over time can get boring and you might lose focus, but this was just too much.
Thanks for the support dear ones. I really appreciate it.
Oh, bonny, you were far far nicer than I would've been.
Layla will grudgingly allow washing, brushing and/or trimming, but she hates it. Truman, our standard poodle, will stand very politely. He doesn't like grooming much, but he looks at it as part of his job of being a poodle and he likes doing a good job.
That sounds like a poodle.
Kato doesn't mind being Furminated; he just doesn't like standing still for longer than 15 seconds when there's other! stuff! outside! that he could be running around smelling or barking at.
Furminating him is hilarious; I have enough fur to make another whole dog when I'm done. No dog should have that much hair. I tell him that we have indoor heating for a reason, but he persists in being hairy.

This really made me smile. I love this about Standard Ps. They really do rule in this regard.

I wish Bartleby was this optimistic. Seriously, it took years of waiting for just one of the shop's groomers, no matter how log it took to get him, to get Bartleby to calm down on the table.
In the last year or so I have loosened up a little though today's episode has set that back considerably.
Bonny, remember the other day when I said I bookmark a lot of your posts? This is why.
Steph, I have a ton of totally non-huggy affection for you! air-mwah.
