Work was GREAT today. Relaxed, good pace, lots of laughter and good discussion about nutrition and dream houses and such.
Yay! That is good to hear.

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risqué (and frisqué), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

I'm worried that my anemia has been creeping back. I have very little energy and tend to get lightheaded easily. Do Not Want
Do not let it get as bad as I did without doing anything.
Barb, go get your iron tested. ::fierce face::
Yay! That is good to hear.
Well, there's only two left. But one is Angry Girl! She's actually pretty kickass at this point and we were talking about the progress she's made in technical and soft skills.
Still waiting, have to pee, blood sugar falling...
amyth, whenever the pharmacy is open.
Thanks, smonster, I'm totally going to do that tomorrow.
Can you run and pee and buy some food at the CVS, or will you lose your place in line?
Bleh. I made a mushroom and bean stew for dinner, and it's disappointing. It's not bad, just not that much flavor, which is weird because it has a ton of paprika in it.
I'm home, and abandoned the lovely Italian eggplant pasta I was going to make for hastily thrown together and nuked nachos.
And now I'm finishing watching White Collar. Thank the gods for shirtless Neal.
Hil, can you add lemon or lime juice? I love citrus with paprika.
I need get my flu shot, a couple people at work have had it. And one of my co worker's daughter has it. But her daughter is going to school for 1 hour tomorrow to take a test she's scared of failing. The teacher's policy for missed test is to give really hard essay exam. Co Worker's daughter isn't good at essay exams and is beyond stressed about this, so she's going to take the test.
I had Aims' "over-relating" thing in my head today, which I know I do to and try to consciously curb. I did get a good laugh (as I intended) when we were talking about one of them being in a gang (he's not active, but they really don't ever let you leave) ( and no, I don't know which one) and I said, "I know about gangs, I watch Southland." I mean, I meant it to be funny, but it's pretty much true, everything I know about gangs is from tv or movies. Shit, Southland's probably more realistic than most.
I'm going kind of stir-crazy. I just realized that I haven't actually talked to anyone, not even on the phone, in two days. I need to figure out how to find some friends in PA.
