Thank you, Seska!
Congratulations, Kate!
Book ,'Our Mrs. Reynolds'
[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risqué (and frisqué), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.
Thank you, Seska!
Congratulations, Kate!
Congrats Kate! Much wedded bliss to you.
I have an obscure medical question. I feel a little like Xander with the funny syphillis.
So, my decade old athlete's foot problem (left foot only) seems to have blossomed into full blown jungle rot. Seriously different and overblown.
Beginning yesterday, I developed a fever. Last night, it got to above 103 and broke a couple of times. Now, it's holding steady at 100.3.
Can fungus cause a fever? Or are they unrelated? It's weird because the the normal, "I have a cold" lymph nodes are not involved, just the ones in my back.
I'm currently soaking my foot in apple cider vinegar, which by the way, hurts like a mofo.
Anybody have experience and/or a wild theory?
Congrats, Kate! Miss you.
sj, that's wonderful!
congratulations , kat1
yay for you sj!
Can fungus cause a fever?
I know there are serious fungal infections that can cause a lot of internal damage. So you should probably see a doctor.
Congrats, Kate!!!!
And, yay sj!! Is your dressmaker going to make a dress similar to the one you bought?
Can fungus cause a fever?
Yes. Jungle rot is actually a baterial infection and you need to go the doc post hasty.
If it's athlete's foot run amok, you can use antifungal cream like lotrimin. But, if you're running a fever, I still think you should go see a doc post hasty about it.
Thanks! It's going to be white silk with a deep v neck, thick straps and a a-line skirt with a crinoline underneath and possibly a small amount silver beading. She is going to have a pattern made on Thursday, but she drew it for me today. Oh and she is going to create a wrap for it.
That sounds beautiful!
That sounds lovely, sj. Yay!
