Hivemind, do you know any virtual place where I can cut and paste German Gothic letters from? I'm indexing books and want to stick to the original as much as possible.

I have a hivemind question of my own, and perhaps I should take it to Natter, for wider distribution. I have a friend who is having depression and body image issues, but from a different direction than mine. In the past, she has struggled with an eating disorder. She is not currently starving herself, but is having plenty of the old thoughts and body hatred. She lives in an area of Tennessee where she has not been able to find good mental health services appropriate for her, within a practical driving distance. Since she is struggling to find the help she needs, and I have been able to access what I need, I want to help by finding resources for her. In her area, Johnson City, TN most of the mental health resources are directed at prescription drug dependency. Is there by any chance, anyone here that knows of a therapist or support group within 25 miles of there (It's about an hour and a half's drive east of Knoxville)? Or a really good online support community?

ION, we are having Snowpocalypse. My start time at work is 9:00. I was running behind because the roads were crappy, so I was in the car at 9:00. I had the radio on, so I didn't hear my text message alert. When I got to the office at 9:15, I found a text message from 9:01 saying that the office was closed.
REALLY? You make that decision AFTER everyone theoretically should have been there?!? Plus, about half the office starts at 8:00. I feel really sorry for them.
