My google-fu seems to be broken. I'm trying to find a chart that tells me what normal blood iron levels are, and I can't find one. I think my doctor said mine was at 10. If anyone can find the info for me, I would owe you big.

but you might want to double check with your doctor to see if s/he was giving you the iron level, serum ferritin level or iron binding capacity number, or something else entirely, just so you know you're looking at the right thing.

Check this out! They gave me Concerta, because I have (mostly untreated) ADHD (inattentive type), and because it might help me get moving and do stuff. It's helping! You know those little fiddly things you know you want to do, will only take 15 seconds once you actually start, but you either pretend to ignore, or when you notice them, you say to yourself, "Hey look at that, I should do something about that," then walk right on by? I've actually done some of them today. Woo! And it's not like I'm being stern and making myself do them. I find myself thinking, "Hey, look at that. I should do something about that." Then 10 seconds later, I say to myself, "Hey look at that, it's half done already. Go you!"
Ok, maybe two things. But that's two things I've been staring at for days.
ETA: Huh. I forgot for a little while where I spent the last couple of days. Still my point stands - I had been ignoring that stuff, and would likely have continued doing so even if I had been home the whole time.
