Oh, I definitely get that some people feel practicality and some feel coldness (I myself am often very brusque and practical, which is to the point and quick, in my mind, but is mean in other peoples' minds!! East Coast, baybee...). Have managed to reschedule a bunch of appointments, and am now not flying until the 20th. Fingers crossed I'll be OK by then!!!

Her boxer is only two, so he's still pretty young, too.
Yes, M moving in is a good thing. She is laid back and loves animals, and flexible enough that if I need to go, she'll find somewhere else.
