Willow: That's a work ethic! Buffy, you're developing a work ethic! Buffy: Do they make an ointment for that?

'Beneath You'

Spike's Bitches 46: Don't I get a cookie?

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risqué (and frisqué), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

"There are few hours in life more agreeable than the hour dedicated to the ceremony known as afternoon tea."

Yes. How you feel about it is important to you, but what is more important are your actions. Feelings are valid, but being an adult is being able to act contrary to our feelings.

This. Teppy, it very much matters.

Bob's learned to live with tragedy, but he knows that this tragedy is one that won't ever leave him or get better.

And he said, "I think it mattered to *him*."

The Boy is wise.

The important thing is you helped. The next important thing is to realize that you are allowed to feel resentful about being the only one. You are totally allowed this because YOU HELPED. You are the awesome person in this situation, just also a human person with human feelings.

We won’t stop until everyone is gay.

It definitely matters.

I'm at my parents. Sis seemed to like the flowers and get well card I brought her. We're watching a Carole King/James Taylor DVD and the JT ballads are making me a little sniffly. Carole King has held up quite well and can still rock it.

I mean, he's done Carolina In My Mind, Sweet Baby James, Fire and Rain, and now You've Got a Friend. I'm such a sap, and I don't even care. This music is deep in my bones.

Dude, I killed the thread with JT? I'm so sorry.

The lost sheep grow teeth, forsake their lambs, and lie with the lions.

Sometimes I think I might just move up to Vermont, open a bookstore or a vegan restaurant. Adam Schlesinger, z''l

I'm watching Men In Black. I think the last time I watched this was when it first came out. It's still kind of fun.

There is nothing wrong with James Taylor love, imho.

I was watching a Buffy marathon on Logo today, and I kept getting teary eyed. I'm about 2/3 of the way done with what needs to get done, and I am fucking exhausted. I'm sick of this low energy crap. Hopefully my doctor next week will have some useful suggestions.
