No. You're missing the point. The design of the thing is functional. The plan is not to shoot you. The plan is to get the girl. If there's no girl, then the plan, well, is like the room.

Spike's Bitches 46: Don't I get a cookie?

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risqué (and frisqué), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

"This bar smells like kerosene and stripper tears."

It's been a flurry of friending the past few days. Rakesh, Phil (Brit we met in Goa), my friend's teenage daughter, a couple of people I met at a happy hour for one of my best guy friends who was in town from Sydney.

We won’t stop until everyone is gay.

Sis is at home recovering. She's on percocet for the pain and resting a lot. I think I'll go over there this weekend.

A dress should be tight enough to show you're a woman but loose enough to flee from zombies. — Ginger

FB gets a lot of flack, some of it deserved, but there are many deeply awesome things about it too.

Yep! My best friend from high school who I have absolutely nothing in common with anymore and I are able to keep up with each other. We no longer have the kind of relationship that could handle weekly/monthly phone calls. However, her daughter's birthday can get a "Oh wow, B is getting so big!" from me, and I get a "God, we all looked so young!" from her when I posted some old photos.

We will never be close again, but I love knowing that she's happy and doing well.

smonster, I hope your sister's recovery goes smoothly and as painlessly as possible.

Sharon died three hours ago. I'm so sorry Linda didn't get a chance to get out there in time. It doesn't sound like there's going to be a funeral. She's going to be cremated, with her ashes spread in the cemetery where our parents are and in Brazil, where her husband is from. This is good, because she loved to travel. The hospice people were there, and she'd just been given her medication. She was complaining about the pain, then she was gone. I'm glad I've got the weekend to deal with this.

Sir, it's not an offence to let your cat eat your bacon. Okay? And we don't arrest cats, I'm very sorry.
