No, it's shiny! I like to meet new people. They've all got stories...

Spike's Bitches 46: Don't I get a cookie?

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risqué (and frisqué), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

A dress should be tight enough to show you're a woman but loose enough to flee from zombies. — Ginger

I saw that a bunch over Xmas, Vortex, and I bet you a million bucks those rings have been sitting in a warehouse since the early 80's.

That's what I've been thinking!

"Cry havoc and let slip the boobs of war!" -- Miracleman

I know! When Kate and Wills got engaged, some guy leaped out of his recliner screaming "Fuck yeah! Oh, shit, where did I put them?"

Also, have you noticed that in all of the recent pictures of her, she is holding her hand in such a way that the ring is prominently displayed? She'll be holding her purse in front of her, etc. She's lucky that clutches are in style.

Bob's learned to live with tragedy, but he knows that this tragedy is one that won't ever leave him or get better.

Well, I've just seen my first commercial for the royal engagement ring knockoffs.

I saw my first one today! On the dvr stuff so I don't know when it aired.

Xmas miracle - Nothing broke in my luggage coming home. Even the half loaf of zucchini bread in my carry-on made it unsquarshed.

Xmas bummer - Including the wacky novelty wine glass my sister got me. Or the lovely but OMG gaudy god-y candle holder that my s-i-l gave me.

Bigger Xmas miracle, I am all unpacked and most of my clothes even came home clean. Luggage is even all put away. Whooooooo!

Well, you know, they don't know that. A drop kick here, a basketball style dribble there, who knows what could happen?

Ebay? If they liked them, someone else is bound to. Make some cash!

I am actually going to offer the candle holder up to friends. Either those that appreciate the religiousity of it or those where the cross decor will be welcome in their home.

The wine glass will be used. At least once.

Is it Greek weddings that smash the table service into the fireplace?
