As of late yesterday, we own a house! (Complete with all its problems to be fixed. Heh.) Moving in two weeks. Stairlift installed in a week (but there won't be a ramp for a few weeks yet). Builders starting on Monday. The Girl goes to Israel tomorrow for a week. I am going to stay very calm and pack things, yes I am. House!

We have both decided that we have tested the "in sickness" part of our vows quite enough and are ready for a nice long dose of "and health" in the future.
Yeah. We're not even touching 'sickness and health' in our vows. Wishing you much, much more of the 'health' part from now on!

You can light a piece of spaghetti or a twist of paper by holding it against an electric burner. It's not enormously safe, at least, it doesn't feel enormously safe when I do it, but it can be done.

Gronk. I am a the airport with Nora and Tom. Happily, our gates are adjacent so I'm not on my lonesome. As we arrived at the airport I received a text - it was meara, just going to bed. She tried to tempt me into staying up all night partying with the ladeez, but I think I made the right choice in getting a few hours of sleep.
Oh, yes! Congrats to you and The Girl, Seska, and best of luck wih the packing and moving and constructing.
