If we're plotting and planning tomorrow, I'll be on text.
Spike's Bitches 46: Don't I get a cookie?
[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risqué (and frisqué), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.
We will probably hit the road around 5ish.
Oo, count me jealous of PixDesign/Cass meet up.
We had a pretty mellow Xmas Eve, kids were pesty until we broke out the Club Penguin, dinner was delicious. The one sad spot was my MiL was feeling too poorly to make it. I hope she comes tomorrow night since the dinner was planned especially with her in mind.
I hope she can make it, Burrell.
Things* should totally be wrapped up by then. Just ping me and we can meet up! *things being gifts, insanity and food. It might be near when my brother suggests going to a movie or, worse, playing a board game so you guys will be better than the false alibi I generally need
Thanks Cass. I know she's planning on coming, and I suppose if she can't make it, we can always take dinner to her instead.
Isn't this holiday over yet?Well, it's 7:30pm in Australia. It's 10:30pm on Christmas Island. So, ironically, the holiday is almost over in Christmas.
I opened the gift from my sister. It's a wool lined Levi's works shirt. :: scratches head :: Maybe she forgot I moved back to California. Seems a bit "wintery", even for those cold days. Not sure what to do with it. And it's army green.
Also, I think I was re-gifted from a friend. Not sure what to make of this: [link]
Made it through the night without going to the ER. Sis feels a little better today.
Met a nice lady with a boxer on our walk, so Frankie might have a playdate later.
Sigh. This year is the first one Dylan has had a clear idea of the holiday season, and he woke up demanding Christmas presents. The fact that at least half the toys in our living room are Hannukah presents he opened three weeks ago does not seem to be impressing him at all.
And it's cold and gray and everything is closed and I'm nine months pregnant and trapped inside with a stir-crazy preschooler who won't stop screaming. I hate winter.
Merry Christmas, or other appropriate holiday greeting, Bitches. The Girl is doing all the work while I'm still dealing with my post-viral yuk. It is very good of her. We both got each other Bill Bailey's new DVD, which says it all about us really. (It is a very good DVD.) Hope people who are sick feel better in time for the Queen's speech - never mind, you don't do that.
Cookies: for those who aren't my sister's fb friends, she named her gallstone Pete. Completely without knowing the etymology.
Hee! Glad to hear she's feeling a bit better. Wishing you both lots of health~ma.
