Willow: That's a work ethic! Buffy, you're developing a work ethic! Buffy: Do they make an ointment for that?

Spike's Bitches 46: Don't I get a cookie?

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risqué (and frisqué), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

"It didn't taste good. It tasted soooo horrible. It tasted like....a vodka martini." - Matilda

The reason the symptoms sounded familiar to me is that a friend in Tennessee had pleurisy more than once.

Bob's learned to live with tragedy, but he knows that this tragedy is one that won't ever leave him or get better.

My travel should be fine. It's a direct flight. Just massively delayed. Better than snow and better than the night I semi-slept at the airport. It's a rough time to travel and the only person put out is me. If there is a car at Hertz for me, I am okay.

"There are few hours in life more agreeable than the hour dedicated to the ceremony known as afternoon tea."

I remember when this time of night used to be a fairly busy posting time.

Insomnia is not cool to admit? I am always awake but I hate posting alone.

Oooooh, we have a plane.

I'm not awake this late as often as I used to be, but I have no problem admitting when I have insomnia.

We won’t stop until everyone is gay.

Checking in on the night shift! These 1 am anxiety attacks need to GO. I suspect that my last cigarette of the night is a contributor, and maybe the prednisone. Good thng I'm nearly done the latter. I really hate waking suddenly and panicked.

smonster, the prednisone can definitely increase anxiety attacks. Or at least it did for me. Though, I still miss it.

Calli: My people have a saying. A man who trusts can never be betrayed, only mistaken.Avon: Life expectancy among your people must be extremely short.

Prednisone can have all sorts of effects which vary from person to person. Many have no significant side effects. My late father was one of the unfortunate ones for whom it led to outright clinical paranoia.
