Well, unless you're in The Matrix, that is.
Spike's Bitches 46: Don't I get a cookie?
[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risqué (and frisqué), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.
I can't think of another occasion that requires dragging a subwoofer uphill through dense underbrush.
The whole thing kind of falls into the category of "And I get paid to do this? Sweet!".
Somewhat unrelated, I need to find more window-sized scraps of duvatine to cover my other bedroom window.
Oh, Sean, I feel for you man!
I ran out of money a couple of months ago and only got help from an emergency loan from and old friend. Since then the unemployment has kicked back in, but there is nothing like that feeling of helplessness when you can't even buy groceries!
financial ~ma, Dude!
and for those that are struggling, but able to do at least some of what they love - keep going . I hae had two friends quit jobs recently . In both cases, there was no possible way for them to be successful, even though they were doing very good jobs. ( which is where my DH was too) They saw that demands/ work load were increasing - took a look at their finances and health and quit. One just found work . J has decided to stick with short contract work. so even if they try to kill her , they 've got limited time. T has just started to look for work -- he might take something traditional , but he might be looking around at very different kinds of opportunities. The current level of unemployment may be high, but if someone can afford to be picky , they are.
I thought it just fell under the heading of another day working for frakkin' Drew
Some year I will manage to come down to L.A. to work set-up for HHN. It would be so much fun!
I call dibs on holding Jilli's ladder!
Heck, I'd just like to get to go to HHN.
Because that would mean I was in LA, and could visit the LA-istas, not just for the Halloween.
