We're not gonna die. We can't die, Bendis. You know why? Because we are so very pretty. We are just too pretty for God to let us die.

Spike's Bitches 46: Don't I get a cookie?

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risqué (and frisqué), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

I wonder if his being the world's sheddingest dog is related to low thyroid.

Ginger, my bro's dog recently was diagnosed with low thyroid, and she had lost a lot of hair prior to the diagnosis. So that may be so for Mr. Peabody.

Days shrink and grow cold, sunlight through leaves is my song. Winter is long.

Thank goodness for treatable, Ginger. And I don't remember if it was here or Natter, but I'm glad Sass is okay now, too.

A Christmas Story, Scrooged, A Charlie Brown Christmas, and Mr. Magoo's Christmas are my faves. Magoo as Scrooge--yay!

If one can even find an airing of the show, several of the songs are usually cut. The kids and I used to sing the songs at and with each other, and StY can still sing, "We're rep-re-hensible. We'll steal your pen, and pencible. We're just blankety-blank-blank--ALL BAD!" And the whole family demands razzleberry dressing with Christmas dinner.

"This bar smells like kerosene and stripper tears."

Oh, javachick, did you get the postcard I sent? I'm not sure if you're still at the same address as you were when I sent one from Budapest.

Java, I bet people would still be happy to get them. I know I would. Pretty pictures! From a whole other country!

Compassionately intolerant

That's a great idea1

I almost always send my postcards after the fact...they are less 'wish you were here' and more 'here are the highlights.'

Nobody got ours until the day we got back. I think a couple of people may not have even gotten theirs until today.
