Serial posting.... so a work friend is in several bands, one an 80s cover band [link] (not sure if this works.) Anyway, what you can't really tell from the video is that she barely comes up to my shoulder. She's a teeny thing. It never fails to amaze me, the sound that comes out of that tiny lady. She's got a great speaking voice, but the things she does with it singing, from raspy scream to pure melody to out-and-out belting? Is amazing.

I know I say this every time I find a picture of an adorable kitten, but please set aside 20 minutes to carefully read this entire email. Today is a big day in Woot history. Yeah, he's good. I keep meaning to go out and actually see them, but the times thus far have been inconvenient. What blows me away is she did a gig a few weeks back...a week or so after giving birth to her second daughter.
