When that's the least of my concerns, you know people are truly being misguided or cantankerous.
However, when I get home I will start trawling for fic, and then the spelling thing will no doubt rear its head high.

Hah--I should specify summery-for-Seattle summery, which is 70 and not humid daytime, and cool at night. As opposed to 55 and raining, which most of June was.

So, the suspected Russian spy released on bail in Cyprus appears to have, as the BBC reporter said with glee, "done a runner." (Seriously, Cypriot judge?) This whole spy case is like something out of a book, a book written in like 1932.

I'm currently rereading an NCIS fic that I've read tons of times before instead of working before I go home. I already know how it ends--I should be packing up my stuff now, but I want to finish it first. (It's one of my favorite fanfics in any genre.)
Speaking of all this hot weather, where are those chortling "global warming" deniers now? (yes, I know weather!=climate and it's climate change not global warming, but they don't seem to.) Confirmation bias, anyone?
