Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

*So* many people aren't dressed in proper business clothes. Including my boss. I'm ticked.

"What kind of magical sunshine and lollipop world do you live in? Because you need to be medicated."-SFist

Huh. I thought I was slightly nauseous because of the veritgo, but earthquake is much more likely. I didn't feel it at all, but I think I had just gotten on the bus to meet msbelle's brother for breakfast so that may be why.

Msbelle, it was so nice to see him again (and finally meet C)!

"We are the Goon Squad and we're coming to town...Beep! Beep!" - David Bowie, "Fashion"

Guh, it's in the mid-90s here. Thank god for AC at work. We are supposed to get thunderstorms - I hope they arrive soon; they're supposed to take down the tempratures a notch.

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

It's supposed to be cooler the rest of the week, I think, Frank. I was just outside, and it was pretty windy, so I think tstorms are coming...

But other than going and getting food very soon I'm feeling lazy and not all "ooh art museum" or whatever. But then I know I'd feel better about today later on if I did go do something. Hmmm.

This is exactly why I've never taken a vacation by myself! (That and the money...) I'm so lazy, I can imagine spending most of my time either in the room or reading on a bench. A fine way to spend free time, but not if you've Gone Somewhere to See The Sights!

I love taking vacations by myself. I realised recently that my entire family does that. But we also take holidays together. It's not that we hate each other. We just appreciate alone time.

Sir, it's not an offence to let your cat eat your bacon. Okay? And we don't arrest cats, I'm very sorry.

Happy birthday, Felicia Day!

Me too. 'Cept getting a sleeper car on an Amtrak train would be cheaper if I had a traveling companion....

hip deep in pie

I enojy vacations by myself, but usually I am meeting up/staying with someone I know. I do like to get out...and so what if you spend a day reading...it is a vacation.

How was Turkey, Jesse?

Okay, what does it mean that the Queen arrives in town and not ten minutes later there's thunder and lightning.

Wait, is this real-world child support, where the money goes to buy food for the kids, or MRA fantasyland child support where the women just buy Ferraris and cocaine? -Jessica

Dear lady who spends an hour sitting on the toilet making phone calls in the morning: I cannot pee while you are on the phone with your kids' school. Does it not occur to you that the person on the phone can hear flushing, peeing, farting, whatever is happening in the bathroom? Are you just that ignorant?

No love,

Me

I like having time off by myself, but assume I would waste a trip anywhere that wasn't a beach resort.

Turkey was awesome! Greece was good, too, but Turkey was really really great.
