Plus, a man died on the Metro and the Metro system is being slammed because his body stayed on the train, undetected, for 5 hours. While that's sad, given that I see people asleep, drunk, and otherwise inactive, on the train all the time, I can't see why this is such a big deal.
I don't think that could happen on the CTA because they make everyone (including sleeping bums) get off the train at the end of the line.
Marie Curie and Ada Lovelace t-shirts: Put some lady science heroes on your chest
ThinkGeek has launched a Heroine line, featuring women who've helped change the world. And Marie Curie (who discovered radiation) and Ada Lovelace (who invented computer programming) fit the bill. Plus, a dollar of each sale goes to charity. [Wonderland]

Yeah, that's SOP on the NY MTA, too. The conductors have to do a walkthrough of all the cars at the end of a line.
Right. It makes sense that the train should be cleared when it goes out of service, but...
About a year ago, I noticed some kids laughing at an empty seat at the back of my car and paid it no heed for a while. Ultimately, I walked back and looked under the chair. There was a young, Japanese national drunk out of his (and everyone else's) mind. It took major contortions...and wrenching my back...to get him up. I was afraid he would strangle himself, he was so origamied under there.
I could totally see this guy dying and not being detected...even with a walk through.

One more thing, please read this so we don't waste each others' time! On our bathroom door is a checklist. I like to keep a record of my bowel movements and I expect you to do the same. It's a just a simple checklist with each day of the month, simply place a check on the day if you have a bowel movement. It's no big deal and you needn't worry about replacing the list, I'll take care of everything. Hope to hear from you!

Yes, worrying about who would replace the list was the very first thing that popped into my mind. Thank goodness she got that bit of awkwardness out of the way.
I think that can be edited down to:
I'm a fucking psycho. Hope to hear from you!
Those are very cool shirts. Glad commenters are calling out that they are only in women's (babydoll) sizes.

Lovely shirts, they are, too. Too bad they only come in "babydoll" women's shirts. No plus size, no men's. WTF?
