I've been trying to get my cholesterol down, and a friend said he switched to faux creamer and it worked for him. I'm thinking it's worth a try given that my daily half and half is one of the biggest sources of cholesterol in my diet these days.

I was going to take Frankie to the dog park this morning, but then I decided to do a little weeding before it got too hot, but I'm still in my pjs drinking coffee and catchIng up here while watching the game.
