Somehow I've managed to go from pro-Chipotle to anti.
I had to go on a Chipotle break not that long ago and get my burritos from elsewhere. But I've drifted back to Chipotle love again. Chipotle has been accepting of me seeing other burritos, understanding that we were on a break.
Which two? They are all fun, but some are enhanced by knowing a bit about the shows he is parodying- So if you are seeing Actor's Nightmare, I would make sure I knew a bit about the style of Shakespeare, Beckett, Noel Coward, and the play "A Man for All Seasons". For Whom the Southern Belle Tolls is enhanced by a basic familiarity with The Glass Menagerie, and A Stye in the Eye by knowing Sam Shepard's style.
Sister Mary Ignatius Explains It All for You
and
The Actor's Nightmare.
I'm familiar with Shakespeare and Beckett. The only Durang I've seen is a production of
Baby with the Bathwater
in college. I think I liked it.
Awesome picture of a child....
Did I Do Something Wrong?
For SMIEIAFY you might want to bone-up on Catholic guilt, but that's about it.
Both of those are SO much fun. I envy thee.
What are people doing this weekend?
Braves game! Unfortunately, it's going to be like seeing a baseball game on Mercury, if Mercury had an atmosphere, humidity, rotation and a decent pitcher.
I may need a "Firefly" intervention; it's 10:23 and I sort of need to actually get out of my pjs and go into the office. But there are still more episodes!!
Walk away, java. One of us should be in the office!
But there are still more episodes!!
Luckily for you, not too many.
Ack! We have to wear proper business attire Monday and Tuesday! Two days in a row! I...am not prepared.
I want to read, but I still feel sort of nauseous. And my current book is
Let the Great World Spin,
which is probably not a great choice right now.
