We are interviewing for a position, and it is down to two people. The direct supervisor for this position and I are in disagreement about which person should be selected. Her choice is not a bad one, I just think the other person will benefit more from we have to teach her (it's a graduate student position).
I really need to let her make the choice, but, in typical fashion, I want to get my way, and my evil brain is plotting how to do that. I need to stop it.
