Mal: Yeah, well, just be careful. We cheated Badger out of good money to buy that frippery, and you're supposed to make me look respectable. Kaylee: Yes, sir, Captain Tightpants.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

Capri means goat.

Wikipedia disagrees.

And says it's more likely wild boar.

Which are much sexier.

I can see how that perception can be formed if my dataset is prevalent.

See, the problem is the assumption that who you end up with has any bearing on what-sexual you are. It's not incumbent upon the bisexual population to "end up" in relationships that split 50/50 just so people can look and feel comfortable with the definition of bi. The definition is about who you feel attraction for, isn't it?

The perception is formed using faulty logic, and the dataset is pretty irrelevant at that point.

Every now and then, I think I might actually be a little odd.

I disagree. Wild boars are not sexier than goats. Especially in capri pants.

Coding and Sleeping

I'm not arguing that the perception is logical, just that from my experience I can see how it can easily be made.

Okay, everyone here knows how I feel about goats, but come on people--have we not eaten both? Boar is definitely tastier.

I'm not arguing that the perception is logical, just that from my experience I can see how it can easily be made.

But I just don't get why the big gaping flaw isn't, well, a big gaping flaw.

Our wings are not tired.

I don't like any of the labels.

I fall in love with, and have sex with, people - not organs.

Come on! Totally sexier. Of course, it doesn't hold a candle to this, but that's not what we were talking about.

We won’t stop until everyone is gay.

Capri means goat.

Yeah, not an association most people would want.

Gud, I hope I wasn't coming across as overly confrontational. Being bi, I get the "just a phase" thing pretty frequently and it is a touchy subject for me. I know that the average heterosexual looks at partner and assumes preference. Heck, lots of queer people do, too. I just hope it changes, because it sucks on a personal and political level.

Ann, that's a ferret.

And here I thought "caprisexual" meant "enjoys sex with anyone, as long as it takes place on an Italian island."

hip deep in pie

I would think it means they have an unholy consensual relationship with their cropped pants.

Cats to become a rabbit should gather immediately now here

WTF has that got to do with goats, anyway? I've always wondered.

I have often wondered this as well.
