I can't see the pics now on my blackberry.

It's become clear that this is also one of those parties where some people are invited becaused they are friends with the parents, the kids aren't friends at all. Mac is so socially immature he is just sitting in a room playing a video game while lots of the kids are moving around.

Danger is my middle name, only I spell it R. u. t. h. - Tina Belcher.

Happy Father's Day to all Buffista Daddys!

Grace, as usual, looks adorable.

A dress should be tight enough to show you're a woman but loose enough to flee from zombies. — Ginger

Ugh, msbelle, that is hard.

I think M. is a little immature, too. I am going to work this summer on independence. He told me he doesn't have chores as home (grain of salt), but I do notice that he has an expectation to be waited on for a lot of things that an 8 yo is perfectly able to do; i.e., getting a glass of juice, making a PB&J if I get the stuff, etc.

A lot of it is single child stuff, I imagine, but I am going to start working on skill sets; he's a really great, bright kid who just needs some clear boundaries, and to be shown how to do stuff, and follow-through with expectations of what he CAN and SHOULD do. I want him to be proud of his independence at the end of the summer.

Another boy at the party almost started a fight. Thank dog not mac.

There's a 3 year old here that I can talk with more than most of the adults. 20 more min.

hip deep in pie

Somedays, I'm about as socially mature as mac.

Grace's hair looks adorable. I always wanted hair that does curls and flips like that.

I just opened the curtains for the first time since noon.

Now tagless for your comfort.

Grace and her flippy, cutie curls are adorable! Owen has a buzz cut now, too.

Add mac to the buzzcut group. In fact I plan to trim it up again in 3 weeks. Half an inch all around.

I would like to give M. a little buzz, but his mom would FLIP. Haircut next weekend, tho.

I need one, too, but I'll be on the river, baybee!
