All sorrows can be borne if you put them into a story. Tell me a story.

F Jackson, C O'Neill (but I'd still want to hang out with him), M Mitchell.

The feeling you get when your brain finally lets your heart get in its pants.

(belatedly)

What are people doing this weekend?

Tomorrow is TV delivery day for me, so I have a lot of prep stuff I should do first, then I have several hours of TV watching to do, then Sunday I have a groupon massage schedule.

I should clean/purge and start figuring out what I need to take with me this summer.

Because books.

Sara's dance recital is tomorrow morning, and Ben is off at Six Flags with a friend and his parents for the weekend, so we're probably doing Toy Story 3 and maybe the beach with Sara, since it's supposed to be almost 90.

A dress should be tight enough to show you're a woman but loose enough to flee from zombies. — Ginger

Hmm. This weekend, I will be doing laundry, going to a new psychiatrist, then the farmer's market (I AM SO HEALTHY) then...I don't know. I know we're going to an exhibit on dinosaurs on Sunday.

I think Toy Story 3 might be part of the weekend, but I might skip it because (a) I haven't seen 1 and 2 and (b) I think the boys could use some bonding time, and I'd love to visit a girlfriend.

Oh, and grading and some class prep work.

Why did Darth Vader cross the road? To get to the Dark Side!

OMG my son graduated preschool today!

I love him. I will alway love him. But why does he keep getting bigger? And when do boys stop wanting to hug their moms? I will cry on that day.

"Faded like the lilac, he thought."

This weekend I am friggin lying in bed still! Canceling performance, canceling teaching, canceling church and canceling going to pick up our work tem in Albuquerque. Harumph.

My big achievement was planting the ground cover I bought at the farmers market on Wednesday. I also bought trees, but haven`t managed to get those in the ground, bigger holes.

We won’t stop until everyone is gay.

Aw, Burrell.

I am watching a friend get ordained tomorrow and then celebrating that. Sunday is a doggie date brunch and some productivity I hope.

And when do boys stop wanting to hug their moms?

According to Freud, never.

OMG y'all, I was talking with a gf of mine, and we were chatting about doctor visits for my stepson this summer, and she was all "Yeah, he might not want you there for a dr. visit. He might have questions. (He's 8)

I was all "Bwuh? He was fine last time" and she said her next door neighbor's little girl told her mom she was "growing hair on her vagina." She's SEVEN.

I don't think I have to worry about that with him for a while, but...holy cow. I knew girls were developing more and more early, and I've seen 8 yo's start to develop breasts, but pubes?! At 7?! OMFG.
