Ann, that's a ferret.

There's a song in Grease called "Freddy My Love."

Haven't thought of it in ages (I had the soundtrack in vinyl but haven't had a turntable in forever)! Trouble is, the song reminds me of the Chordettes' "Eddie My Love," which makes me think of my cousin Eddie, who I'd really rather not think about.

Punishingly Intricate

Friend found out because of an abnormal pap.

I don't understand this. Unless they were each others' first and onlies.

"This bar smells like kerosene and stripper tears."

Yep. Since HS.

ETA: I should clarify. He panicked when she told him about the pap and told her about it.

We won’t stop until everyone is gay.

Here's a great song for all of you Amy, Aimees out there. Although it's spelled Amie. I could not listen to this for a year after my niece Amy died but now it's kind of wonderfully sad, if you know what I mean.

Oh, I love that song. Came up on my iPod last night while I was making dinner.

I don't understand this. Unless they were each others' first and onlies.

Depends on what it was, right? Different STIs have different incubation periods.

Ah that makes sense! Yikes.

Friends don't let friends read "Atlas Shrugged"

I mean Colin Firth may not be my thing, but I don't want him to hurtle down to his death. He seems like a nice enough guy.

And he is, after all, the choice of many others. Think of it as releasing the Firth into the wild for them.

And "Born (o with the slashy)" runs into what's going on in Bitches and I was thinking "shoe fic?" (and hoping for links)

Yeah, that's what I was thinking. I'm pretty sure HPV can be basically dormant for a while and suddenly cause an abnormal pap. Freaking sneaky viruses.

call me jacki; zuisa is an internet nick from ancient times =)

Oh my god how did it get to be this late. The SUN has COME UP. Granted, the sun rises freakishly early here, but..... this should probably be my cue to go to sleep or something.

"This bar smells like kerosene and stripper tears."

Also? That turned out to be nothing. So, uhm, brightside?

And I'm not kidding when I say this, she is handling this with much more grace, than I'm sure I could muster. With the exception of 1 nasty comment to other woman, she has pretty much remained self-focused and publicly positive.

I want her to pull a Reese Witherspoon and rejoin the scene looking and feeling like a million bucks.

Stoopid HPV.

Good for your friend, DJ. That's a hard row to hoe.
